Looi Kok Loon
Group Managing Director

Mr. Looi Kok Loon was appointed to the Board of MBM Resources Berhad (MBMR) on 18 May 2001 and subsequently Managing Director since 1 March 2006. He had previously worked for a foreign investment bank. Mr. Looi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Economics from Brunel University and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Kent, United Kingdom. He represents MBMR on the Boards of the following companies – Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn. Bhd. (Perodua), Hino Motors (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (HMMSB), Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (DMSB), Federal Auto Holdings Berhad (FAHB) and Oriental Metal Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. (OMI). He is also a director of Inai Benua Sdn. Bhd..

Cheng Seng Fook
Managing Director, Federal Auto Holdings Berhad

Mr. Cheng first joined Federal Auto Cars Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FAHB Group as General Manager on 1 April 2009 and subsequently appointed Managing Director of FAHB on 19 June 2009. Mr. Cheng is a Business Studies and Economics graduate from Northern Ireland. He started his motor trade career with UMW Toyota in 1984 and gained extensive international marketing and business management experience having held senior positions in the automotive, furniture and advertising company.

Belinda Lim Hooi Eng
Managing Director, Daihatsu (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.

A marketer by profession (The Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom), Madam Belinda Lim started her career with DMSB where she held various senior management positions. She has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing. She was appointed to the Board of DMSB on 1 January 2009 and currently the Managing Director.

Azmi Abdul Rahim
Executive Director, DMM Sales Sdn. Bhd

En. Azmi holds an Honours degree in accounting from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, Athens. He has more than 10 years’ working experience in manufacturing industry mainly related to auto parts. He started his career with MBMR Group in OMI as an Executive Director in 2004 and subsequently in DMM Sales Sdn. Bhd. (DMMS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DMSB, on 1 October 2008 as a General Manager. He was appointed to the Board of DMSB on 1 January 2009 and currently the Executive Director.

Liew Sin Tuck
Managing Director, Summit Vehicles Body Works Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Liew holds a degree in Business Administration from RMIT University, Australia. He has been with the MBMR Group for over 30 years, having headed the parts division in DMSB before holding various positions overseeing the Group's manufacturing entities and currently heading the operations of Summit Vehicles Body Works Sdn. Bhd. (SVBW), a division under the Group dealing with trucks and vehicles body building.

Poh Chee Kwan
Group General Manager

Mr. Poh holds a degree in B.Eng. (Hons) from National University of Singapore. He was a previously a Board member of Perodua Sales Sdn. Bhd., Perodua Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. and Perodua Engine Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. representing the interest of MBMR. As a Group General Manager, Mr. Poh oversees investments proposal of the Group.

Tan Khay Boon
General Manager, Manufacturing Division

Mr. Tan holds an Honours degree in B.Sc. Engineering from University of Surrey, England and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Macquerie University, Australia. He has more than 20 years of business management experience gained through several companies in various industries. Within MBMR Group, he has held senior management positions in OMI and FAHB. He is an executive director of OMI and chairs the Group’s Manufacturing Excellence Committee.

Chai Kin Poh
General Manager, Oriental Metal Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Chai pioneered OMI’s joint venture startup as a young engineer more than 20 years ago. He has extensive experience on OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) component manufacturing covering product design, sourcing, production, engineering and quality. He currently holds the position of General Manager in OMI and is a member of the Group’s Manufacturing Excellence Committee.

Ahmad Zaki Abdul Rahim
Executive Director, Oriental Metal Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd.

En. Ahmad Zaki holds a degree in business and hospitality management from Touro University, New York. He started his motor trade career in DMMS in 2002 and subsequently promoted to FAHB as a manager overseeing business development on Volkswagen dealership. He was appointed to Board of OMI on 1 October 2008 and is currently an Executive Director.

Darren Kong Kam Seong, CA(M), FCCA
Group Financial Controller

Mr. Darren Kong holds an Honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA. He brings with him his extensive experience in finance and accounting gained from public listed and multi-national companies, covering the motor industries, manufacturing and investment holding. He is a director and member of the audit committee and executive committee of FAHB. He is also a director of SVBW and a member of the Group’s Information Systems and Technology Committee.
